15-Day Return Policy

At Acey Certified, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your clothing item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:  

 Return Conditions:         
Unworn & Unused – Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition with no signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage.  
Original Packaging & Tags – All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.  
Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or receipt is required.  
 15-Day Window – Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.  
 
 How to Return:

1. Contact Us – Email us at Aceyauthentic951@gmail.com to request a return.  
2. Return Label Provided – Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.  
3. Ship It Back – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.  
4. Refund Processed – Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  

Non-Returnable Items:


 • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.  
 • Customized, altered, or personalized clothing.  
• Items damaged due to customer misuse.  

Return Shipping:


- Free return shipping (via provided label).  
- Refund deducted for missing/damaged items if they don’t meet return conditions.
